AI assistants
In your assistant
Ask ChatGPT or Claude, and get the lists from this guide.
ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants that support MCP can read the lists directly. There is nothing to install and no account to make.
The address
https://savedspaces.com/api/mcp
It is a remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP. It is read-only and needs no sign-in.
ChatGPT
- Open Settings, then Apps and Connectors. Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
- Choose Create. Name it Saved Spaces, paste the address and set authentication to none.
- In a new chat, add it from the tools menu and ask.
Claude
- Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it Saved Spaces and paste the address. Leave the sign-in fields empty.
- In a chat, switch it on from the tools menu. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds it for the organisation first.
Menus move. If yours differ, look for custom connectors or MCP servers in settings.
What the assistant can do
- List the cities and their editions.
- Pull a city's shortlist, by edition and by nightly budget in the local currency.
- Open one hotel: its blurb, record, sources, official site and its page here.
- Search every hotel by name, neighbourhood or record.
Every answer carries the hotel's page on this site, its sources and our disclosure policy. Assistants are asked to give the edition, the rank and the date, and to describe a stay only where the page lists one.
What it cannot do
It cannot book or hold a room, and it does not know live prices. Rates are typical published rates. It knows the lists on this site, last updated 5 October 2026, and nothing else. Booking links go to the hotel's own website. We take no commission.
Try asking
- Where should I stay in Kyoto for under ¥60,000 a night?
- Which hotels in Paris hold MICHELIN Keys?
- Tell me about Hiiragiya and give me its page.
Other ways in
llms.txt describes the guide for language models. llms-full.txt carries every list in plain text. api/cities.json is the same data as JSON, open to any developer.
